Your Listing Expired…You Reach Out To Other Agents…THEN???
So, here is where I am dumbfounded…Obviously there was something that peaked your interest in the material I sent you concerning your failed attempt to sell your home. Something that persuaded you to pick up the phone and call me, to want to meet with me! And I am fairly certain that you may have spoken to one or two other agents. So why in God’s name did you relist with the agent that couldn’t get the job done the first time?
Let me see if I understand your logic here, you gave someone most likely six months to do a job, which they couldn’t do. You take the time to meet with me and get my take on why your home didn’t sell and what was wrong with your previous listing that didn’t get the job done, didn’t persuade buyers to want to look at your home. Didn’t reach enough people looking to buy, and what do you do? Hire the same person that failed the first (and possible second time) they listed your home!
And what do you get? The same tired, dark, crooked pictures that everyone has seen before. The same description, the same marketing (or the lack of marketing) and you get to hear your agent tell you over and over again that you need to lower your price.
If you went to work every day for six months and didn’t provide the result you were being paid too, would you really expect to have a job? You do realize that for every month your home fails to sell it is money out of your pocket? I just don’t get it…Recent Posts
